Ashley Grindle, CSP

Regional Manager

Ashley is the Regional Manager for our Monroe and Beloit offices and joined the Hughes Resources team in July of 2020. Previous to joining Hughes Resources, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Generalist in the healthcare industry. She now uses her years of experience in HR to help our clients find the perfect employees for their job openings.

Ashley lives in Monroe, WI with her son.  In her free time, Ashley loves spending time with her friends, family, and walking her dog. She is a member of Kiwanis and on the Board of Directors for Green Haven Family Advocates.
