As the Director of Finance and Administration, Mariah is responsible for overseeing payroll, invoicing, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and healthcare responsibilities. Mariah joined Hughes Resources in 2014 as a Staffing Specialist and was moved into a role in accounting in 2016. Mariah graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Art in Art History and from Columbia College of Missouri with her Masters of Business Administration in 2017.

Mariah lives in Freeport with her husband, Scott, her step-children, and adorable new baby, Grant.  In her free time, Mariah enjoys time with her sweet pup, Ivy, as well as cooking, gardening, and travel.

Mariah is also on the Board of Directors for the Freeport Art Museum and on the planning committee for Freeport’s Young Professionals Network.
