Stepheni joined the Hughes Resources Dixon team in 2015 as Branch Manager after working in various industries including early education, printing, and supply chain management, where she became a certified Lean Manufacturing Processing Manager. In July 2022, she transitioned into a role with our Sales and Marketing department. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, Stepheni assists our branches with client communications and candidate recruiting.

Stepheni loves to vacation and explore any chance she gets, but her favorite place to visit is to see her older children living in Texas and Oklahoma. She enjoys boating, kayaking, and spending time laughing and making memories with family and friends.

Stepheni is very involved in the Dixon community and serves in the following positions: Dixon Rotary Board Secretary, Dixon Chamber Board of Directors, Sauk Valley Community Chamber Ambassador.
